For product advice
Tell us your level, the racquet and string you use today, and what you are trying to get — more control, more power, fewer breakages, less strain on the arm. If you have already used the configurator, give us its recommendation: we start from there.
For an order in progress
Give the order number — it is in your confirmation e-mail. It saves us both a round trip.
For a workshop service
State the racquet's model and year, what you want to achieve, and the current condition of the frame if it is a repair. A photograph helps a great deal.
Sending us your equipment: the workshop address and packing instructions are sent to you with your order confirmation. Please do not send anything before receiving that message.
