Custom 3D Handle (PAHT-CF): High-Performance Carbon Interface
€30.00
Carbon stiffness, 3D precision, and a staple-free monobloc design. The ultimate upgrade for your frame.
1. ADVANCED MATERIALS: PURE TRANSMISSION (PAHT-CF)
Forget dampening foam or basic plastic. Our handles are printed using PAHT-CF, a High-Temperature Nylon reinforced with Carbon Fiber.
Player Benefit: This composite material offers exceptional structural rigidity. It connects your hand directly to the frame's carbon layup, providing crisp, precise, and unfiltered feedback. Feel the ball like never before.
Custom Access (PETG Trapdoor): Each handle features a removable PETG trapdoor at the buttcap. Need to adjust balance or boost Recoilweight? Open, add your putty/silicone, close. No more messy DIY.
2. MONOBLOC DESIGN: ENDING DESTRUCTIVE STAPLES
Commercial racquets use an archaic system: a foam pallet + a plastic buttcap fixed with metal staples.
The Problem: These staples pierce and weaken the carbon structure of the hairpin. Furthermore, metal vibrates differently than graphite, creating noise, and eventually loosens over time (causing the dreaded "clicking" buttcap).
The Matcheur Solution: Our handle is Monobloc. The buttcap is integrated into the structure during printing.
Zero Staples: Your frame's structural integrity is 100% preserved.
Zero Play: The buttcap will never loosen, no matter how hard you hit.
3. "FUSIBLE" INSTALLATION & MODULARITY
Your racquet isn't married to this handle forever.
We use a precision tight-fit mounting, secured with a specific heat-sensitive glue.
Rock Solid: In play, the handle becomes one with the racquet. No vibration, no twisting.
Reversible: Want to change size or resell the racquet? Simply blow hot air inside the handle (via the trapdoor) with a heat gun to soften the glue and slide the handle off without force.
FULL CUSTOMIZATION:
As always, you define the specs:
Size: Down to the millimeter (e.g., 4 3/8 slim).
Shape: Rectangular (Head style), Square (Wilson style), or Standard.
Buttcap: Flat, Round, or Flared (Gasquet style).
